Well here we go, my story prior to using Herbalife Nutrition. I used to be a very active, sporty guy in my teenage years until I was about 40 years old.
I played football, cricket, racing motor bikes, squash, beach volley ball, mixed netball and then took up Karate at age 32 and achieved my Black Belt. I trained three nights a week and instructed two nights a week.
My fighting weight was 85kg for many years. I was an active tradesman keeping very fit but I also was a party animal drinking plenty of anything but could still hold my weight due to all the activities I did.
Then I started a role as a building supervisor. It was a very stressful job and I drove around a lot while eating fast foods and became too tired for sport. I started to get bigger by the minute and I hit an all-time low in October 2017 weighing 110kg and felt horrible. A defining moment that changed my look on life and I had total strangers telling me I looked like certain people and that’s when I knew I had to take control. Then Herbalife found me through a friend, my now coach Dominique Andrea, and I started on the Ultimate Program.
Seven months later, I’m happy, full of energy and I look AMAZING! I have currently lost 21.7kg in nine months and 120 cm.
